Last night I did my cardio and 100 sit-ups. I wanted to make up for missing Yoga on Tuesday, and it may not have the same exact results, but my abs are definitely feeling it today. Also, started the no eating after 8:00pm challenge last night. I drank plenty of water afterwards, and worked out earlier, so I could try to get to sleep earlier. That did not work, I still went to sleep late and it's those wee early hours in the morning that I get the hungriest. But, I just tell myself morning will be here before I know it, and breaskfast will be waiting.
