I have been reasonably good about keeping my diet low in carbs (under about 75g per day), On days that I have eaten too many carbs, I have been making sure that I keep the calories well in check (between 1300 and 1600). So far, so good.
225.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week
