visiting home nurse was here yesterday...my and hubbys blood pressure good, she checked our meds and they are ok..she too had sciatica when she was pregnant with her daughter years ago..so she knows the pain I am having..but its getting better.. the chiro doctor says my muscles are less tight now and that should help the healing process..i have longer periods of no pain when I walk now thank god...the extra walking helps with the weight loss..now down to 211.5..my sister told me her sciatica lasted for 4 months and she was doing chiro and steroid shots..
