I'm trying - I knew that report cards and other stress would set me back a bit after losing weight over christmas, but I'm getting back in the habit of exercising even it my attention span seems to still wander sometimes after 10 minutes.

I've been trying to do 20 minutes before my shower in the morning and then if I can, get a real workout in later after work.

I was actually pleasantly surprised by my weight, I actually expected worse. I probably should start counting again, but for the meantime, I'm trying to get in lots of fluids and vegetables and not buy any real junk.

I am planning on making fresh bread this morning - I have some jam to use up. But no baking this weekend. Last weekend's baking was delicious, but I ended up eating too much of it by myself - even if I made it last 5 days.

I am finding stress does such damage to ourselves, whether emotionally, spiritually or physically. Your efforts at exercise will surely combat any added pounds the stress of report cards has put on you. I like your idea of getting moving in the morning and then a longer work out later in the day. That might be the answer for me too. My mornings lost there walk now that I have a full time job and mornings are filled with getting the kids out the door and getting on the road myself. Some how I will get back into a new routine. Your fresh baked bread sounds lovely, enjoy!
