When I stray I make up for it with additional exercise and intermittent fasting...so I still manage to lose at least 2lbs. a week. This is slow and not at all easy but certainly worth it when I think of the long term benefits.
228.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 78.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
