I know the weight went up but this is using my old scale that helps track muscle mass, water, bone density and fat %... it's not the best scale but it's more accurate than the one I had used before... if I can I'll go back and adjust the other weigh-in by comparing and adding the weight that should have been there 4 days ago.
So I think I'm doing fairly well... from my estimate I think I've actually lost at least a few lbs in the last 3-4 days since I started watching what I've been eating and working out.
I ate a little bit of pizza and had some some questionable drinks on my list today, but with everything that happened today I don't really mind it to much. Got to take the kiddos to my nephew's 2nd Birthday party which kept me running around chasing them through a building full of bounce houses and games. Then went to my School Alumni Banquet where we gave my mother an award for teaching math, being vice-principal and then principal at the High School, and then being the first and only female superintendent for the school so far. She just retired last year. I also love that both my great grandfather taught at the school and my grandmother. Just a wonderful day and lots of love for my wonderful mother :)
