Really crappy eating habits today...too busy at work and starved until 3 when I ate half a bag of skinny pop and an Amy's meal for dinner...
Well, this will teach me to have my meals measured out and ready to go !
New day tomorrow and I'm on my way out to work out with personal trainer

Workout was great ! Feel so much better and calories have been BURNED !!!! Hoping for good weight loss this week at my weekly weigh in. I've been trying to stay close to 500 calories to get a jump start on the weight loss but have been too hungry to put in the exercise.
