I've been between 115 and 115.5 all week. That makes today the day I write my weight down. It seems that I dropped 2+ pounds without stopping at my goal. That's ok with me. I haven't been this light in about 5 years and that only lasted for about a blink! This time I want to keep the weight off - who hasn't said that! (smiley face here). I got a diagnosis of pre-diabetes so that's a significant motivator. Although I wasn't overweight to begin when I got that news, I wanted to see if the extra 13 lbs made a difference. Turns out no; diabetes does run in my family - but I had to try. ...and let's not forget vanity; a huge motivator. Keep a good thought for me as I try to maintain my weight at 115.
