Did a good day's exercise today - although I cut my swim short since I wanted to go to Liz's yoga and nearly forgot. Rushed out of the pool and got to yoga - a bit late but it was good to be there. Thinnk I may make Thursday a pretty full exercise day: I can go for a ride, go for a swim in Narooma and then straight to yoga from there. It feels good to do a variety on one day. That combined with the full ride on Mondays should keep my metabolism revving!!
