finished my CR500 diet UNDER my original goal by 1 1/2#
I am completely free of craving sugar, pasta, bread, potatoes, cheese, and I feel great!
I will continue to follow the whole foods diet, easy since that's all I want to eat now anyway ~ fruits and veggies and lean meats!
Now to see if I can hit 140!
