Good day today. Woke up, did some cleaning and then some gaming at my PC.

Made a chili spiced salmon, with baconwrapped asparagus and some green peas with a siracha sauce made from creme fraiche. Delicious. Went to the gym and decided to run the first 10min on the treadmill. Was really tough. Then I walked another 50-55 minutes with level 2-5 on the incline in a brisk pace.

Then went on to some muscle exercises. Focused on my core and legs today. Could barely walk up the stairs to my apartment. Feels good.

Last but not least, I stepped on the scale at the gym, where I took my initial weight yesterday and it was 1,5kg lower.... stood there for a good 45 seconds and wondered how this can be. Feels wierd but still good.
265.7 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 67.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
