Well I kinda figured this would happen I always try to do the quick start and I end up getting that done no prob. but I over eat the next day and boy oh boy did I!! I HAD WAY MORE food then I should have.....its good to see that I am not up a full LB. I am just so darn close and I just cant seem to get there! On a good note I had to go dress shopping(I am in three weddings this summer) and all the girls wanted to have the dresses ordered this week.....I can fit into a 6 at Davids bridal!! I was also in a wedding in June and the size of that dress was a 10---so thats a good thing! I am just tring to focus on the good things and not the bad.

147.4 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.8 lb a week

What is wrong with a size six? Many of us would be happy just in a 12 or 14..........

nothing at all wrong with a size six, I am very happy with it, all I ment was that I this is just what I do every time, I get close to my goal weight and I end up doing something that makes a mess of everything.

It is called self sabotage.......It is what I do to myself. Keep your eyes on your goal and just keep going. Examine in your heart what is keeping you from reaching your goal and then address it and get help if you need. We are not meant to do this life thing alone...

tjanni - I seem to have the same problem... I hit my goal weight a few months ago, and even went under it (goal was 144, was down to 141) but I messed it up and have been playing the yo-yo game.. almost there again, and now turkey day (OM) I sure hope I have the will power to be good ;o) I wish you all the best!!!
