This morning weighed in at 70.4 which was a pleasant surprise. I've been half expecting my weight to go rocketing back up since it went downso quickly. Looks like I am actually losing weight. It will be interesting to weigh in the next couple of days since I am cycling today and tomorrow and my theory is that muscle retains water when you exercise and hence weighs more. So could go up in next couple of days. Doesn't matter because I seem to be losing it overall. Just day-to-day fluctuations.

I am really happy with it!! Half-way roughly to my goal and fit with it.

A few days off coming up but will still monitor. Not hard to do with G since he has been doing same diet!!
