Did pretty good still. Lost 5 more pounds. That's 10 pounds in two weeks. I cheated a lot this week but I also missed a few meals to make that up. Lets see how this week goes and I hope another 5 pounds are lost.
139.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
