I have just recently changed from graveyard shifts to day time,and have been drunk with freedom eating whatever I want and not meeting my numbers well NO MORE 217 grams of protein a day 55-60 grams of fat a day 170-180 carbs a day HERE I COME.

Is there away to custom percentages of macros or does this only calculate as foods is entered???

Looks delicious, I would reduce the banana by 1/2 and add a hard boiled egg for a much rounded breakfast but you are doing great with less than 5 pounds to meet your goal. Keep it up!

Yes aliciakrueger go to reports then top right corner click the bull's-eye target and you can adjust your percentages there.
