I feel like I am getting a better understanding of all this.
1) My body doesn't want to let go of the weight, LOL!!!
2) I am okay with fasting. I've been doing daily 20hr IF and it has been a great experience. I will admit the ketone supplement (Perfect Keto) has been a game changer for me. It gives me an enormous amount of energy on top of the already nice boost from being in ketosis. I understand that taking the supplement does NOT add to burning for more fat, but my reason for taking it is for the extra boost towards workouts.
3) Daily weighing is no longer necessary for me, yay!!!
4) Too much protein does matter.
5) And I found out raw zucchini & I do not play well together!! Let me leave it at that...
