So day 1 of my journal... I was excited about this new site, maybee the food diary would make me more aware of how much i was eating. I started off the day as per usual eating well, and lunch not so bad, pretty healthy. But as the day go's on i get sugar cravings!
I do seem to eat pretty healthy but eat way too much, i constantly snack on nuts, chocolate, dried fruits and biscuits. Then by each evening i feel the same, guilty, and so annoyed with myself!
