Gaining weight again, even though I am sticking to my diet 100%...
Lower carbs, more protein and 1300 calories a day, while doing cardio...

It makes me depressed, but I hope it is just water that gave me the weight gain *fingers crossed*

So here is for today's lunch~
Some super easy,quick and low calorie food :)
And it actually tastes better than it looks ~

It looks like half a pound? That's almost definitely water weight. I also get migraines that I only talk about if someone else brings it up. Can we be buddies?

have you tried talking to a nutritionist? also try to measure your body parts instead of getting so attached to the scale. as someone ​mentioned it might be just water.

Yeah, talked to a nutritionist :) They said I should just keep doing what I have been doing for months~ haha Not tried detox tea yet though, will see if I can find one~

really? keep doing what you have been doing for months? my nutritionist changes my diet every two months. not drastically though, slight changes to make sure my body doesn't get used to.

Yeah, I have been doing those changes myself every now and then, and they said I was doing everything right. Guess I either read enough about it to be doing alright, or they were just being lazy (I hope it's number one *fingers crossed*).

Are you eating all of what's in the pan? Portion control plus not eating beans, potatoes, pasta...I cut all out at 218 pounds...108 days later I am 35 pounds lighter...just an opinion.....good health!

Weight does not tell the whole story. Measuring waist size and checking the mirror/ clothes is probably a better way of measuring.
