I have learned so much about diet and weigh things over the years. I have decided to go with the cutting out complex carbs and sugar.
Keeping my blood sugars at level lower range. I don't have high levels but I may have learned a secret that will work for me. It's been a week and I've done really well, but want pizza now and that's frustrating. Odd thing is I seem to feel more tired even though I eat Whole Foods. But I do sleep so good.

Michelle and, have you thought about making pizza with either low carb tortillas or Flat out brand light Original Flatbread? Depends on whether you are counting calories or carbs, but you can adjust ingredients to fit you diet. I prefer the Flatbread, made a buffalo chicken pizza tonight with lots of veggies. I use homemade blue cheese dressing as a base...so good. I count carbs but my pizza was 700 calories.
