Michelle and, have you thought about making pizza with either low carb tortillas or Flat out brand light Original Flatbread? Depends on whether you are counting calories or carbs, but you can adjust ingredients to fit you diet. I prefer the Flatbread, made a buffalo chicken pizza tonight with lots of veggies. I use homemade blue cheese dressing as a base...so good. I count carbs but my pizza was 700 calories.
