It is hard exercising with Fibromyalgia, but I am making a tremendous effort. I do get a lot of cardio from sex lol The endorphins give me energy and make my migraines go away. Been playing some Dance Central on the Xbox Kinect as well. Been eating 5-6 small meals a day. Lots of fruits and veggies and a lot of water. I drank half my weight in water but I think I have urinated my entire weight lol I've gotten a good start so far! Less than 20 lbs away from my goal weight which is 45-50 lbs from where I started 6 1/2 months ago. Yay me!
203.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
