I am following my own diet of yogurt and berries for breakfast, protein bar and protein shake for lunch, meat and veggies and occasional sweet potato for dinner.
160.8 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 25.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week
