My office has an entire wall of free snacks so it's imperative that I bring in healthy options for myself. People in the office are starting to notice my healthy habits and ask questions! I feel empowered. 💪🏼💥

Hi! M new here. And i am trying to gain weight. I entered my particulars and they are asking for taking 3000 calories per day but i can't. I can make it up to 2000 hardly. So any suggestions?
