89 waist , 41 neck.
33 biceps :) my wife insisted on that one. I'm tiny compared to the muscle men at the gym but already so different from my former scrawny-fat self.

Curious about halfway through the month, hoping to lose some neck fat :D

Tomorrow hopefully the scales at the gym work, haven't weighed in all week
