Been on a lazy keto streak for the last couple of weeks. Still maintaining the same consistent slow loss as I was while tracking so haven't felt too inclined to go back to tracking every bite. This last weigh in I was down nearly 4 lbs so I was thrilled. I am still only eating 2 meals a day so just dividing my protein requirements between the 2 meals. Have been snacking a bit more between but keep the snacks very small.
