Christmas and New Years were a total fitness vacation for me... **SIGH**. I don't think I've been quite on track since. I've been getting to the gym 2-3 times a week instead of the solid 5x I was doing. I feel that I'm losing steam. I've also been slaking on my diet... I recently invested in some heavy bag gloves; let's hope a new plan and workout routine give me the boost I need to get back on track!
