Breakfast (7:30am) - fruit smoothie w/ almond milk, raspberries, banana Lunch (11:30am) - corn and bean enchiladas & 2 pieces of bread Big snack (4pm) - turkey/cheese sandwich Snack (6pm) - string cheese and clementine orange Dinner (7pm) - lemon chicken over rice, leftover kale/bean salad
Exercise light core exercises in the a.m.
Heartburn pretty sore throat waking up and through morning. No real feelings of hearburn though. (similar to when I first went to doc yrs ago). lunchtime - sore throat really not getting better, maybe worse.
