Woo! My diet seems to be working! I'm down 13 lbs from when i started! The problem I seem to be having though is meeting my minimum portion requirements for the day. Veggies are particularly hard for me to reach since I'm not a big fan... Anyone know any fun veggie recipes that make them easier/tastier to eat but also don't include dairy or anything bread-like?
