No two eggs surprisingly keeps me full. Was having sausages with it before but didn't lose any weight so keep the sausages as a treat on a bbq. As for the tomatoes yuck and forgot mushrooms lol

not undercooked at all egg white firm and yolk runny and bacon done but not burnt to crisp plus fat off bonus. lol

I grill/oven cook bacon, to get rid of the excess water injected into the bacon, and to reduce the fat a little. The taste actually comes from the fat, as meat is known to be tasteless. Protein is good for you, as carbs have now been shown to be the enemy of weight gains. And Next week, depending on which sector of the food industry you are in it will be ?? Sorry skeptical me :)
