Today is a 10 or less carb day. Trying to keep carbs under 12% of diet for now. It seems my carb sensitivity is on red alert... too many chocolate bunnies in the danger zone. Resistance is not so futile...but not 100% either
202.8 lb Lost so far: 21.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
