I've been 118.1 for a little over a week now. I weigh myself every morning. I don't trust my scale which is why I waited a waited a week before I even entered my weight. I wanted to see consistency before I made a commitment - which is writing this very public journal. Kinda like a relationship...
I see the doc in 2 weeks. I had blood work done so I'm curious to see if dropping 10lbs helped lower my blood sugar. I wasn't overweight to begin with. Just over where I felt comfortable both in my skin and in my jeans.
118.1 lb Lost so far: 9.9 lb.    Still to go: 2.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good luck. I started the HCG diet in the hopes of getting rid of my diabetes. Only my second day on the diet, but no insulin needed so far. May not cure it, but nice that I miss a few shots.
