So I am thinking that if I come in here and tell myself that I am going to do better that may help. My biggest problem is being prepared. I tend to skip meals if I didn't prepare and then I snack. I need to start looking for new inexpensive recipes. I did find a recipe for meatless burritos that I am going to try. Today I am going to get back on exercising and eating right. No skipping meals and grazing.
