Ok! Yay. I'm excited to get this started. I've been stuck at 140-145 since mid-March. I gained 20 pounds due to overeating and binges. I'm ready to lose the 20 pounds! I'm going to start out with a "Fat Smash Diet" just because I've watched the show on VH1 (lol) and the guy seems to know what he's talking about. I'll give it a try!
