This week I went back to my old faithful that never fails me....Herbalife....and great results...4lbs.....1200 cal. a day approximately 2 shakes, and one cooked meal per day, snacks when necessary, not just because....exercised consistantly every day.....Days I'm working I did 1/2 hr on the treadmill....Days off 1 hr + treadmill and/or gym....Great week, very proud of my effort & Committment this week.....Lets see if I can do it for 2 in row! :)
