Day 18
Still going strong!!! However, I am noticing a huge difference in my eating pattern. I used to eat because I got hungry which was 3 - 4x per day. Now I don't really get hungry. I will snack a little just to make sure I have energy for my workouts and to teach a fitness class. My problem is I am NOT meeting my macro requirements. Keeping the carbs below 20gms has been easy, but getting in my fat and protein are not...I don't feel bad. I feel super a side an occasional cramp, but I think I can solve that by increasing my magnesium.
Well I am off to teach a class!!!

I think they say that with keto, your fat macro is an upper limit, not a requirement, and that the natural appetite suppression is one of the major reasons people lose weight. I have a hard time getting enough fat too - eating so much of it upsets my stomach!

Poptarte, that is helpful...if I can use my macros as more as a guide line rather than stressing out over what to eat or choke down in order to meet my numbers, lol!!
