I gave myself a few cheat days (see previous entry)...yeah, THAT'S not going to happen again! At least not to that extreme. I feel like crap for letting myself eat what I would nonchalantly eat before, and gained a pound in the process! Yeah, that and then some will be coming off in the upcoming weeks, and will be gone forever...that's FOR...EV...AH!
254.0 lb Lost so far: 12.5 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
