kind of sorry I got a new battery for the scale. Hopefully this will give me some motivation to get with the program again, I am going to try 30/30/30 which is 30 cardio/ 30 weights/ 30 carbs and see if that will shake me up a bit.

Keep trying until you find what works for you. One thing I found reading the forums and peoples journals is that different things work for different people. It seems everyones metabolism and preferences are different. Keep tryng and you will find your groove.
