I know I probably shouldn't weigh in every morning, because I can easily have flucations 1-2 lbs either way. I've always done it though, and I think it helps keep it in check a little more. I MUST start doing a little exercise (beyond my normal activity) everyday or I'm afraid I'll be stuck on this weight.
140.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
