Up and down a couple of pounds the last month. Still would like to lose five more, but my body seems to have needed to stablilize where it is. I'm going on a three-week vacation, which will include a cruise on the Queen Elizabeth. I'll be eating lots of seafood and veggies and since I'll be with my gentleman friend, I won't be eating any late night sweet treats. He doesn't and I'm not tempted like I am when I'm home alone.
