Day 11
I came close to hitting my macros...I was still a little under on protein, but I believe I made up for it on (fat) bacon. The one concern I am having is not getting as much vegetables. Now that I am settling into this WOE, I will start incorporating more.
I am still amazed with the amount of energy. I had another solid workout yesterday. After teaching my Pilates class, I was able to get in an upper body workout. Today I will attempt legs...I hope the squat racks are free, lol
Unfortunately I was not able to get to the squat racks...too crowd and I didn't have enough time to wait. However, I still had a good workout.
