Painfully slow but going in the right direction. I let the hubby sabotage me this weekend with a trip to the homemade ice cream store. But I did show restraint and only got a single scoop in a bowl. That's all it takes nowadays though to stop progress. Gone are the days where I could have a cheat day and it would be okay.
