Good afternoon buddies and Happy Hump Day!

Life is still really hectic, but my WOE is good. I've been cooking a lot more, so eating out is pretty much non-existent. It's really showing in hubby's blood sugar levels, so totally worth the extra work! :)

Tonight, we are supposed to get really severe weather, so dinner will be leftover spinach pasta with diced tomatoes, kale, and veggie Italian sausage. This weekend, I plan to put together a few mason jar salads and experiment with buddha bowls. I'll bring the salads to work for my lunch next week.

This morning I did 25 each of kettle bell swings and dead lifts, followed by a 1.5 minute plank. I'm noticing that the kettle bells really work my abs! I'm also sitting on the balance ball chair during the work day. Tonight, if the weather isn't too dicey, I'll do my cardio and Pilates.
