Wow. Frustrating. Have been exercising more, been following the diet quite closely. Days I didn't diet I stuck with a normal calorie intake (was my birthday afterall). And up 1.4 lbs? Seriously?
Vent over. i'll just keep at it. The weight went on slowly, it's going to have to go off slowly. My pants are a bit less snug. So we'll just use that as a barometer now.
