Trust - I am working on trusting my weight loss program and keeping expectations realistic. I believe if I follow the program, record what I eat (which I am doing on the WW site), and exercise, I will loose weight. Will it be as fast as I would like, probably not. But I am working on changes that will stick, changes I can live with so I can stop this yo-yo of weight loss-weight gain. I did not weigh myself all week because the numbers on the scale just play games with my head. I weighed this morning and was down 2 lbs, of course I was hoping for more! Felt that I deserved more! Tonight I will weigh in at the WW meeting - that will be my official weigh in. Looking forward to the meeting!
