been counting calories. Weigh. Measure. Track. Exercise. Pretty easy. CICO.
Luckily I haven't been hungry. Amazing. Walnuts have been a gamechanger.
Oats in the am.
186.2 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 33.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
