Dropshopper's Journal, 24 March 2017

Well, I am in anew relationship and my diet has suffered! I finally have spoken up and stated that "I AM NOT GIVING UP!" I have been so connected to my new partner, that I have not stayed true to myself. I finally said ENOUGH! I gained some of the weight back, but as of today, I am back on track, and WILL NOT GIVE UP! So I have gone back to writing every thing down that I eat. I look forward to reporting in with a weight loss next week!
250.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.0 lb a week

Thanks for the support! The weekends are the toughest, but did ok, Feeling much better and back in control on myself. Even started doing my morning and evening 15 minute work out! Not much, but if I an consistent it is good.
