Dnt know what to call this dish but created a meal with some of the leftovers in my fridge. Cut up baked chicken leg,left over spaghetti squash,bacon crumbled up, sautéed some mushrooms, shallots, green,yellow and red bell peppers,added fresh diced tomato, avocado and sherry cooking wine at the end and let simmer for 3mins.

do you know.whatever left food over night is not healthy, though. coz they already lost the best nutrition

Didn't know that nickwicki please let me know where I can find info supporting that. If thats the case why all this about meal prepping now and thats a big thing

I love leftovers. If it isn't nutritious then too bad. I am not throwing away good food. That dish looks delicious. Guess what I finally bought. An air fryer. I love that thing.
