I lost 700 gr in a couple of days (: I'm doing excercise and I also drink lots of water.

I am weak tho, I just ate a slice of pepperoni pizza and a cookie but I guess it's okay because I excercise a lot by night (:

My dinners are some low sugar fruit or no sugar cereal, I hope this will help me to start and lose some kilos and then I will start with a more strict diet.

241.0 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 75.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

DrewJeevas, I have been wanting to comment on this for a few days, but the smartphone application won't let me be the first to add a comment so I had to wait to be on my computer. I wanted to tell you that far from thinking that you are weak, I think you are showing strength. You only had 1 piece of pizza and 1 cookie. That shows excellent will power. Next time make it a piece of pizza and half a cookie now and save the other half for after you exercise later, or tomorrow, or... or only eat the cheese and toppings on two pieces of pizza and toss the majority of the crust. Make the food work for YOU! But you learned the lesson of the breakfast in one try! You learned portion control that quickly! you are amazing!! I wish I had been able to do it so quickly! Now it is a case of chosing what you eat wisely in the quantity you need for your body and activity. You seem to be doing pretty well though!
