AAAANNNND I've done it again! I've gone off the rails let my stress and depression take over. I've stopped working out and stopped checking in with my calorie counter and not even cared about what I put in my body. SHIT! I need off this damn train! It seems like I'm on this shame endless loop of a shitty track that keeps going off the rails just to get back on for a smooth ride and ope here's the broken spot again. I need to either repair the track or find a new one! Ugh I can't believe I've already consumed my DAILY allotted calories in BREAKFAST alone. F U MC.DONALDS! *Sigh*.
