Big day today; first day of new job & unexpectedly had to attend a networking lunch - so after freaking out got an entree size Greek salad & 1 small lamb skewer- strangely I was hungry.

Came home feeling creative & adapted a baked lemon cheesecake to be gluten free & it wasn't too bad (very thin almond meal base)

Not sure if I felt like celebrating 4kg loss in 2.5 weeks, stress eating due to feeling overwhelmed of new job or just felt like doing something nice for those who I live with!
224.4 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 68.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
