It's gotten easier staying on plan since I started to pack my food. I keep my breakfast at work and bring leftovers from home. My energy during the day is up, my nails are strong and growing. That is a first for me, not even when I was pregnant did my nails grown. Planning on taking the kids to the movies this weekend, I'll make sure to review my tip card for that in the morning so that I can plan my meals around the m&m's. That will be my treat for staying on plan. I hope everyone is having a good day on the program.

Yes, planning ahead and packing meals & snacks to take to work really does help. If you plan ahead on the movies, you can stop by LAWL and buy some LA Snacks like their popcorn, cheese curls, cookies or BBQ Twists. I've become fond of sugar free jello. Sometimes I take one of those with me to work for a snack. Takes the hunger edge off mid-morning or mid-afternoon. You can have up to three of those a day. I often take one snack, and one LA Lite bar to the movie. Or I take an apple and an LA Lite bar and either drink water or a diet cola (you can drink up to 24 ounces of diet cola per day). Hope that info helps.

I stuck to the plan and had lunch before we headed to the movie. I ate my lite there. I am a big fan of sf jello and ff cool whip at night. They don't have the cookies here, just the popcorn, cheese curls and BBQ twists. Oh well. That's the for tips.
